Yesterday, Friday, March 6, 2026, at the Metropolitan Cathedral of the Presentation of the Theotokos of the Honorable Community of Stavrodromi in Pera, the Second Stasis of the Salutations to the Most Holy Theotokos was celebrated. The service was presided over by His Eminence Metropolitan Andreas of Saranta Ekklisies, Hierarchical Head of the Honorable Community of Stavrodromi.

The hymns of the service were performed by the students of the Music School of Kavala, creating a deeply devout atmosphere and conveying the spirit of the days of Great Lent.

Among those present were Consuls Mr. Giorgakis and Ms. Iliaki, the Education Coordinator Ms. Vourdoglou, the President of the Stavrodromi Community Mr. Papaliaris, members of the Community’s Board of Trustees, representatives of the Region of Kavala, as well as parishioners and friends from Kavala.

Following the conclusion of the service, all attendees gathered at the Community Hall of Stavrodromi, where they were welcomed by members of the Board. There, the students of the Music School presented songs, creating a particularly warm and pleasant atmosphere.
